Product Care Guide
To ensure the longevity and beauty of your pieces, we recommend that you follow the guidelines below.
Ceramic Products (Bowls, Plates, Cups)
- Before first use, soak the item in warm water. This helps reduce staining and the absorption of odours, especially when used for tea.
- After each use, gently wash with mild dish detergent using your hands or a cloth, then allow the piece to dry completely before storing.
- As the ceramics are porous earthenware product, ensure they are thoroughly dried before storing away.
- Microwave and dishwasher use is not recommended, as earthenware absorbs moisture.
Bamboo Matcha Whisks
- Before first use, soak the item in warm water. This helps soften the bristles, preventing breakage.
- After every use, rinse the item with water without soap. Shake off excess water and air dry.
Bamboo Matcha Scoops
- Use a dry cloth or paper towel to wipe off the excess matcha power.
- Keep dry to prevent the tea powder from sticking.
